This one-day session explores best-practice approaches to achieving and sustaining data excellence to support Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and ERP systems. It highlights the importance of accurate base data for effective communication, decision-making, and computer-based management. Participants will examine accountabilities and cross-functional links, assess current processes against world-class standards, and use the Tom Wallace Excel-based self-assessment tool as the primary focus. Additional fundamental and behaviour-based checklists are provided, along with guidance on selecting and applying the right performance measures and formulas.
