Putin is the result, not the cause. Russian people are the cause. Their political apathy is the cause. Russian people, regular comfortable Russian people have allowed Putin to do what he has done. People must accept responsibility for that. I haven't heard anyone taking responsibility for that even once.
It is their turn now. It is up to them to stop being MATRYOSHKA PEOPLE and become normal people.
