Wexford property business celebrates its first anniversary

A local business in Wexford recently celebrated their one year anniversary of service in the area.Property Genie is a “one stop property shop” located on Park Road, Camolin which helps homeowners with a number of services including painting, carpentry, decking and redecorating to name a few.Ronan Roche, one of the founders of Property Genie said he is thrilled to celebrate the anniversary and is looking forward to growing the business further. “We’re only set up here in Gorey about 12 months, but we do a bit of everything – even cleaning out houses after a tenant moves in or out,” Ronan said.He spoke about the difficulties associated with home maintenance, which is one of the reasons he started this local venture. “We’ve all had difficulties finding maintenance guys to come on time or whatever it may,” he said.Currently, Property Genie has around seven employees and hope to expand and recruit as time passes. “We’re looking to get involved in the local community at some point in the future,” Ronan said.He further said that he aims to help bridge the gap between property owners and tenant satisfaction, to ensure all parties are satisfied.
