The American economy is still the largest on Earth and it was built on merit and executional skills. I just look at my companies, we don't have any policy other than executional skills. I don't care. You can come from the planet Zutron and land here and if you can do the job, I'll hire you. You don't need government telling you who to hire. You never did need government. I hate these ideas. DEI is against merit-based initiatives. If you're good, you'll get hired and you'll move up. That's how America works and that's how it should work. We don't wanna mess with that.
