I don't think we're in a bubble in AI. There is a use case for AI in all 11 sectors of the economy. I don't care if you're real estate or financial services, AI is already being used. So now we got a really big problem, and it's called the grid. There's no power left. And so when you talk about Bitzero and why I invested in it, it's because Bitzero's actually a power company. They went out and got power contracts sub 6 cents a kilowatt hour in countries like Norway and Finland, and then built facilities there. So it's a real estate company, a power company, a permit company, and its use case is whatever anybody wants to use the power for.
