UK ‘in jeopardy’ as Trump lashes out at Starmer over Iran stance

Writer Esther Krakue comments on US President Donald Trump’s latest attack on UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, where he has threatened to downgrade Britain's trade deal.

“The president was raging about Keir Starmer’s insistence that the UK will have no involvement with the US war on Iran,” Ms Krakue told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.

“The UK is putting its own national interest in jeopardy.

“This is the same man [Mr Trump] who can basically sink our British economy overnight. The US is our biggest trading partner.”
