“We could talk about it every night because home invasions, stabbings, car thefts, car jackings, machete attacks and violent assaults happen with about that much frequency,” Ms Credlin said.

“Victoria is a state drowning in debt, riddled with crime, and those that can leave are leaving.

“Those that can't, well, they just worry that someone they love will be hurt next.”
