Nigel Farage says Reform UK has pulled off a major breakthrough after winning hundreds of seats and taking control of more councils across England. He claimed the results prove Reform can now win in both Tory and Labour strongholds, from Essex and Suffolk to parts of the Midlands and the North. The party also took its first London borough in Havering and made gains in Wales, while saying it can now compete seriously in Scotland too. Farage says this is not just a protest vote, but the start of a deeper political realignment with more voters fully switching to Reform.
