Temperatures to climb again as Met Eireann issues glorious forecast
Temperatures are set to climb again over the coming days following a slight dip over the bank holiday weekend. While today will be dry with spells of sunshine highest temperatures will range from just 11 to 13 degrees, in light northeasterly breezes. Tonight, lowest temperatures will dip from 3 to 5 degrees. Tomorrow will be a dry day with spells of sunshine, though once again cloud may build through the afternoon. Highest temperatures of 12 to 16 degrees are forecast in a light variable breeze. However, warmer weather will return very soon with highs of 18 degrees forecast over the coming days. Here's Met Eireann's national outlook: Overview "High pressure will remain nearby with the generally dry and sunny conditions continuing." Tuesday night "Largely clear on Tuesday night, though a few mist and fog patches are possible. Lowest temperatures of 3 to 7 degrees in light winds." Wednesday "Mostly dry with some sunny spells, though there is the chance of an odd light shower. Feeling milder with highest temperatures of 14 to 18 degrees in light to moderate northeast winds." Wednesday night "Dry overnight with long clear spells for most. Lowest temperatures of 5 to 8 degrees, with light northeasterly breezes." Thursday "Another dry day with sunny spells and just one or two light showers. Highest temperatures of 12 to 17 degrees, a little cooler near eastern coasts, in moderate easterly winds." Friday "Dry with long spells of sunshine. Highest temperatures of 13 to 18 degrees, warmest further west in light easterly breezes." Further outlook "Warm through the weekend with plenty of dry and sunny weather, though the occasional shower or patch of light rain is possible."
