Episode 627 marks the first appearance of Ado on THE FIRST TAKE. Since her debut, Ado has released a string of hit songs and has firmly established her presence both in Japan and internationally. In 2024, she also made history by successfully headlining a solo concert at the Japan National Stadium—the first female solo artist to do so.
For this performance, she delivers her major debut single “Usseewa,” which has amassed over 400 million views on YouTube since its release in October 2020 and became a massive social phenomenon. Five years after her debut, Ado brings the song’s intense message and sharp emotional expression to life with overwhelming vocal power and an electrifying one-take performance.
