#Gravitas Israel has launched limited ground operations against Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon. A move it claims is aimed at strengthening its forward defensive lines while also trying to weaken Hezbollah's strongholds. At the same time, Hezbollah has responded with one of its strongest warnings yet. The group says it is preparing for a long and brutal confrontation with Israel.
