As investigators probe a deadly collision between an Air Canada Express Jet and a fire truck on a runway at New York's LaGuardia airport Sunday, concerns are being raised here in Canada about the potential for such collisions, known as runway incursions. Yoan Marier, the chair of the Transportation Safety Board of Canada, explains why runway incursions are one of the transportation safety issues that 'requires the most attention.'
