Russia is the UK's primary threat, says defence minister

A defence minister says the UK's primary threat is Russia. Luke Pollard claims the UK holds the power to stop Russian ships in UK waters "at a time of our choosing".

It follows criticism of the government for seemingly allowing sanctioned Russian-flagged vessels to pass through the English Channel unmolested.
