The content creator's death was announced while she was on vacation with her fiancé, crypto hedge fund founder Joe McCann, who proposed during a lavish trip to Zanzibar, Tanzania. Ashlee's death was initially reported as suicide, but according to TMZ, the couple got into a blowout fight and hotel staff separated them into separate rooms. Ashlee's family says her death is currently under investigation, and call the circumstances 'suspicious.'
