ITV News has obtained footage showing the Golders Green stabbing suspect appearing to chase a man moments after the attack.
The footage shows the suspect, wearing grey trousers and a navy jacket, with a beige rucksack on his back. He appears to follow a man around a parked vehicle.
Two Jewish men were stabbed in Golders Green on Wednesday morning, and the incident has since been declared a terrorist attack.
Isaac Cohen, who was an eyewitness, told ITV News: "We tried to save people."
"We screamed 'be careful'," he said.
Cohen added that the alleged attacker appeared to be "looking for" Jewish people.
A 45-year-old man has been arrested in Golders Green in connection with the incident.
The two victims, one in his 70s and the other in his 30s, are in a stable condition in hospital following the attack, which happened shortly after 11am in Highfield Avenue.
The suspect was armed with a knife and "attempting to stab Jewish members of the public", Jewish security group Shomrim said on social media.
He also tried to stab police officers when he was stopped, and was tasered before being arrested, the Met Police said.
