In 2010, architect George Clarke visits couple Pete and Nikki in the village of Kingston in Kent. They dreamed of restoring a wind power mill and building a new three-bedroom Kentish barn, and an annex with a double garage. While the restoration project is very exciting, the couple also face some unfortunate news. It is a race against the clock as Pete does everything in his power to get the building complete, so Nikki can see their dream home.
